In a time of rapid technological advancement, Digital Democracy believes that technology can, should and must be used to promote civic engagement. They envision a future where all people can participate in the decisions that affect their lives.

Digital Democracy’s vision for the next three years is not only to continue supporting communities in Peru, Guyana, Ecuador and Mexico, but build and distribute tools robust enough to be used by communities around the globe at the frontlines of conserving bio-diverse hotspots and addressing climate change.

Through collaborative partnerships, we support innovative projects that protect vulnerable wildlife from extinction, while restoring balance to threatened ecosystems and communities. Our work is divided into six main program areas – Wildlands Conservation, Oceans Conservation, Climate Change, Indigenous Rights, Transforming California, and Innovative Solutions.
